He did a great job of installing our new water heater and explaining as he went along the process. Tryston arrived promptly, worked out a reasonable cost to remove one toilet continually plugging up (even though we bought a new toilet and used an auger ourselves and one auger done professionally) and used a camera down the line. He camera'd the line from outside the house to the street. Nothing outstanding. That gave us peace of mind. Since he was here and we bought a second toilet, he replaced the one in master BR. We are happy with his work. He is efficient, professional, easy to work with, and cleaned up after himself. He reloaded boxes back into our closet that I emptied to allow access to the crawl space. He thinks on his feet and uses his iPad to camera the main sewer line and mobile deposit our check. We would recommend Raptor Rooter.

We chose Raptor Rooter & Plumbing to install a new tankless water heater primarily because of the technician who came and spoke with us. He was very courteous, informative, and professional. He also told us he would be the one to come and do the work. He kept his promises, worked hard, and cleaned up after the work. The tankless water heater works great. It was, however, unfortunate that Raptor Rooter & Plumbing could not replace a small device that was affected by the process.
Several months later, we called Raptor Rooter again for an issue with noise in our pipes. The plumber who came was very knowledgeable and let us know our options to fix the problem.

After running the wash filled my tub full of murky grey water, I gave Raptor a call on a Sunday morning desperate for help. They were able to schedule me for the same day and Zach arrived earlier than anticipated. He was professional, thorough, and informative. While there were some highs and lows of the feared worst-case scenario, he was able to clear the blockage and provide valuable information about how to potentially rectify the issue in the future for my 120+ year old home. Do I want to have to call a plumber? No. Will I call this company in the future? Absolutely.

Excellent Job on Sewer Issue
What an excellent, excellent job they did on my sister’s sewer issue. The young man, Tryston, that they sent out was there for over four hours, trying to figure out why her sewer line was blocked, and he was not gonna give up until he figured it out. She only has one toilet in the house and has not been able to use that toilet for over a month. She was not wanting to call anybody because financially she just couldn’t afford it, so we as a family stepped in, not knowing the situation until just recently and called what we now know is a very, very good company to handle the issue. So thank you so much to this wonderful company and this excellent employee that did not give up!! We will definitely recommend and use this company again!! So thank you from the bottom of our hearts for sticking with the job and getting it completed.

I chose to have a new pump installed. Chris got it installed and stayed and tested to ensure it was working properly. Highly recommend their service. What is Cured In Place Pipe (CIPP)?
Cured In Place Pipe (CIPP) is a trenchless pipe repair process. It involves inserting and curing a resin-saturated liner within an existing pipeline, creating a new, durable pipe inside the old one without extensive excavation.
How does the CIPP process work?
The CIPP process starts by cleaning the existing pipe. A resin-saturated liner is inserted and inflated to fit the pipe’s interior. The resin cures in place, forming a solid, new pipe within the old one, restoring flow and function.
Will CIPP reduce the diameter of my pipe?
CIPP slightly reduces a pipe's internal diameter, but it enhances flow capacity by eliminating rough surfaces and joints, which can improve overall pipeline efficiency.
What preparation is needed before a CIPP installation?
