Wonderful Dylan Arrived Quickly
THANKS to Raptor Rooter and Plumbing and to wonderful Dylan. Our water heater went out and within 2 hours of calling for help, Dylan was here and helping us. He did a great job of installing our new water heater and explaining as he went along the process. He said he will be our personal plumber and since we signed up for the maintenance plan, he will be out here yearly to maintain our water heater and address any other plumbing needs we may have in the future. They go the extra mile… Dylan found an error leftover from the original build/install (installed by a different company) and he fixed the issue, with no extra charge, because he wanted to ensure our plumbing was done the right way.

Professional and Easy to Work With
Tryston arrived promptly, worked out a reasonable cost to remove one toilet continually plugging up (even though we bought a new toilet and used an auger ourselves and one auger done professionally) and used a camera down the line. He camera'd the line from outside the house to the street. Nothing outstanding. That gave us peace of mind. Since he was here and we bought a second toilet, he replaced the one in master BR. We are happy with his work. He is efficient, professional, easy to work with, and cleaned up after himself. He reloaded boxes back into our closet that I emptied to allow access to the crawl space. He thinks on his feet and uses his iPad to camera the main sewer line and mobile deposit our check. We would recommend Raptor Rooter.

We chose Raptor Rooter & Plumbing to install a new tankless water heater primarily because of the technician who came and spoke with us. He was very courteous, informative, and professional. He also told us he would be the one to come and do the work. He kept his promises, worked hard, and cleaned up after the work. The tankless water heater works great. It was, however, unfortunate that Raptor Rooter & Plumbing could not replace a small device that was affected by the process.
Several months later, we called Raptor Rooter again for an issue with noise in our pipes. The plumber who came was very knowledgeable and let us know our options to fix the problem.
