Exceeded My Expectations
Called Raptor on a Saturday morning. We had a clogged/very slow kitchen sink and a house full of kids and grandkids and did not want to go through the weekend with this problem. They immediately dispatched Trystan to our address, he arriving about 50 minutes later. With background I provided on the sink drain line and past history, he quickly diagnosed the problem and had it remedied in about 45 minutes or so! He took a picture of the inside of the pipe and confirmed we had a 90-degree turn in the pipe just before it dumps into the main drain line out. And sure enough, that’s where the clog/build-up was. He said Raptor could re-do the plumbing configuration at that junction reasonably quickly and for a reasonable cost which I will be taking them up on. All told, a very professional engagement on Trystan’s part, a clean, thorough and neat remedy and work performed, and a review with me upon completion to ensure my total satisfaction. Raptor’s and Trystan’s professionalism and customer-centric work ethic exceeded my expectations! And that’s saying a lot because I hold service providers to a very high standard of performance!

A couple of days ago I had to call a plumber because of a hole in my old cast iron drain in my kitchen sink. Called Raptor and they sent out their tech Dylan to give me a quote. This was not the first quote that I had. All the other quotes were in the $1,400.00 range, but Dylan gave me a quote of $745 plus taxes if he could get the pipe out. I asked when he could start and he said right now. Less than 3 hours later he was done and gone. Excellent service!

Tryson did a FANTASTIC JOB!
We had been trying to unclog our pipes from the kitchen sink and bathtub (as we thought they ran with the same pipe, which they did) and just unable to do it. My husband sent a text last night and at 3:25 pm today, Tryson was here. My husband explained what was going on and what we tried to do. He took a look at everything, explained what needed to be done and got right on it. It took about an hour and a half, but he got it done!! He even put the pipes under the sink back together for us. The price was way less than we thought it was going to cost. Tryson was friendly, courteous, and very professional. He did a FANTASTIC JOB!!! TL;DR - Seriously impressed! So at the start of last winter, my sprinkler's backflow assembly decided to stage a rather dramatic water ballet I didn't commission. Wife says I can't put it off any longer, so naturally, I hit Raptor Rooter's website chatbot, and within five minutes, I got a call offering an afternoon estimate. I said yes. Another five minutes later, the plumber called, "Seven minutes out, cool?" My jaw dropped. Seven minutes?! I've waited longer for toast.
After summoning my plumbing ninja (aka Dylan), he quickly assessed the geyser, and here's the kicker: he was incredibly honest. He confirmed they could fix it but admitted irrigation backflow assemblies aren't their specialty, nor do they have an in-house certified tester. He even suggested I might save by buying the part myself and getting a specialist for install/certification. He's still sending me their estimate, bless him.
In a world of waiting and empty promises, Raptor Rooter delivered stupidly high-level responsiveness and refreshing, unvarnished honesty. Their speed and integrity absolutely won me over. If you want a plumbing company that's fast, friendly, and genuinely transparent, these are your folks.
