We had a clog. I think it’s called the P-trap and it was a mess; they had to work so hard to get to it. It was just unbelievable, I couldn’t have done it myself. They knew exactly what they were going to do after they looked at it and how they were going to do it. They did it very polite, courteous, clean, and when the job was done, you could not even tell that they were here. There was not even one little tiny piece of anything on the kitchen floor. These guys, it was Zachary and Nicholas that came out. They were the best technicians that you would want; they did an awesome job. You should be very, very honored to have them working for you because guys like that you don’t find. I just wanted you to know that a super job they did and I mean just all around, the clean up, the whole 9 yards, and I want to thank them and thank them, Zachary and Nicholas. You guys are awesome. Brandon came to my home to confirm a leak and provide repair services. He arrived during the window that was provided to me by office staff and was knowledgeable with the diagnosis and repair procedures. He was professional and friendly and portrayed how a tradesman should present themselves while working with customers. He effected the repairs quickly and explained how the repair was made. Prior to leaving, he verified the repairs were complete and no leaks were present at the affected area.
